Which handheld is suitable for me?

I look forward to Christmas getting a handheld for me and my brother for. I want a handheld I Emulators can play as especially SNES, Genesis, Nintendo, GBA, MAME, and Atari. I also want something I can have homebrew. Maybe something with a TV output, I can connect it to a TV? I know theres the Caanoo and others, but the Caanoo is new, so that the homebrew for it is somehow limited. Any suggestions?
