Toshiba Android 3.0 Tablet PC
Android Honeycomb device from Toshiba and a prototype of tablet based on Windows 7 were spotted on the first day of CES at Las Vegas. One of the largest gadgets exhibition in the world today. It was very nice to see so many tablet PCs out there at the same time. Toshiba’s untitled Android 3.0 tablet is a 10.1 inch model, it comes with a resolution of 1280×800 and it includes Nvidia Tegra 2 processor. It comes with a new LED display technology and provides higher resolution and contrast than the LCD based tablets that are traditional. It will also implement Adaptive Display technology, which adjusts contrast and brightness automatically depending on surrounding environment light.
One of the positive and good features of this device is that it will transform videos to HD quality, in the same way how DVD players will transform the resolution to higher resolution. It will allow you to see your HD content in 16:10 ratio aspect for a good performance. You can also listen to the audio with the help of stereo speakers or headphone jack. Toshiba’s 3.0 Android Tablet will also be DLNA(Digital Living Network Alliance) obedient. DLNA describes a standard for shifting movies, music, photos and other form of media from one device to another. It also helps to store media in one place, and you won’t even need a configuration. You can just stream the media to DLNA compliant players just like Xbox 360 and PS3. DLNA helps to create a simple way to get media from once device to another for customers.
